There are a total of 41 slope kilometers at all difficulty levels in the Hochoetz ski area. Everyone has great fun here! No matter if you are a beginner, a professional carver or a returner, here with us you are guaranteed to find your favorite ski run. And of course, the right stop-off point too. Sunshine on your face, glittering snow, crystal clear air and this indescribable peace. Unlike skiing or ski touring, you can go up the mountain with little equipment. Everything you need: winter boots, appropriate clothing, a drinking bottle and hiking poles (optional). You will also find myriad places to stop or take a break. The great thing about ski tours: you enjoy peace and quiet on the ascent and have great fun when skiing downhill. Normally this is only available off-piste in open terrain, but since the 2021/22 winter there has been a new offer in Hochoetz directly in the ski area. Ötztal’s very 1st piste ski tour runs along a forest path up to the Hochoetz top station and back down into the valley on the ski piste. Here you can explore this tour.
