The hike to Lenzenalm is ideal for families. The walking time from the bus stop to the Lenzenalm is about 1 hour.

There is also the possibility to rent tobaggans at the hut and sledge down on the same way.

Turn-by-turn directions

The hike starts directly at the bus stop Lenzenalm or at the parking lot Lenzenalm.From there you need about 1 hour to the Lenzenalm.

It goes up comfortably through the forest. Always slightly uphill, but not particularly exhausting. The last ascent to the hut is a bit steeper, but then you can enjoy the view from there to Gurgl.

Enjoy a comfortable and relaxing train ride to the train station Ötztal Bahnhof. You get off the train in ÖTZTAL Bahnhof where you change to a public bus or local taxi.

Directions

The drive to the ÖTZTAL. Located in Tyrol, the ÖTZTAL branches off to the south as the longest side valley of the Eastern Alps. Arriving by car leads guests over the Inn Valley to the valley entrance and further along the Ötztal. In addition to the toll motorway can also be used on rural roads.
