Trailcenter Ötztaler Höhe

The ideal training area from April to October.

We have expanded the race tracks and linked them to the Trail Center Ötztaler Höhe. Three trail loops are waiting for all types of cyclists and bikers right after the roundabout at the entrance to the valley and in the immediate vicinity of the Ötztal Cycle Trail. The routes are becoming increasingly difficult and demanding, from the easy WIDI beginner's trail to the snappy Wolf Pack Trail.

Each loop starts and ends at the same place. The equipment and infrastructures are also excellent here - including bicycle wash station, coffee and food for the cyclist. Also the Ötztal Bus, offering free bicycle transport for holders of a valid ticket, stops here, and anyone who is still looking for a refreshing swim afterwards is strongly recommended to head for the nearby AREA47.

Unique in Austria's Alpine pasture region, WIDI's MOVIE SHUTTLE in Hochoetz offers a fascinating journey for all senses. Ten seats are available for a superb 5D experience in the movie theater equipped with 180-degree screen.

The futuristic 5D multimedia simulator centers on the story of the unique WIDIVERSUM. In a fast paced, eight minute chase WIDI and his friends are searching for a magic crystal stolen by the wolf. Digitally controlled flight and hovering experiences as well as many multisensory effects keep spectators of all ages in suspense.
WIDIs MOVIE SHUTTLE is located in the second basement of the Hochoetz Panorama Restaurant next to the top station of Acherkogel mountain gondola.

The adjacent WIDI merchandise shop has a huge choice of funny souvenirs and accessories.
