The center of Oetz with shops and restaurants is within easy walking distance. In summer, scenic lake Piburger See and the AREA 47 water sports paradise promise unlimited fun. The Widiversum in the Hochoetz pasture region invites our youngest guests to enjoy hiking, exploring and marveling. In winter, our house makes a perfect starting point for the most popular ski resorts in Ötztal as the bus stop is only about 250 meters away.

Our holiday house (approx. 160 m²) has the following amenities:
Ground floor: 1 fully equipped kitchen with oven, electric cooktop, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, etc. and cozy dining area; 1 living room with sofa bed, TV, tiled stove; 1 bathroom incl. shower/WC.
First floor: 2 double bedrooms; 1 large, modern bathroom incl. double shower/WC; large, covered and furnished balcony with marvelous views of the mountains and the valley.
Second floor: 1 double bedroom.

Check In: 4.00 pm / Check Out: 10.00 am
Directions: through the village center of Oetz along the main road - turn left into Bielefelderstraße after Café Heiner - turn right into Dorfstraße after approx. 110 m - then turn right again after another 50 m - Haus Alpenblick is the first house on the right side.
Additional Info
Included: WiFi, parking, bed linen, towels, ski storage room with ski boot dryer, washing machine and tumble dryer, play station, board games, firewood for the stove.

Pets only on request and for an extra charge!
A deposit of Euro 150 in the course of the down payment is necessary for a binding booking. It will be refunded on departure if the holiday house has no damages.
Not included in the total amount is the visitor tax of EUR 3,50 each per person per night (to be paid directly on site to your accomodator).
No resort tax is charged for persons who have their 15th birthday within the running calender year.
