Newly built holiday house right in the village center of Oetz - close to the shops and restaurants. At only 50 m from the skibus stop: enjoy car-free holidays at their best! The Acherkogelbahn mountain gondola is located nearby, promising superb walking tours and pastureland hikes for all the family. Plus the Widiversum children's adventure land in Hochoetz. In winter the gondola whisks you up to the Hochoetz family ski area. Included in summer: Ötztal Inside Summer Card – Explore the whole valley from the second day of your stay, with only one Card!

Kitchen-cum-living room with tiled stove, homey dining coprner, fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker. Spacious veranda (approx. 30m²) with private sauna, lockable garage parking lot, ski / bicycle storage room. BBQ facilities are available in the garden.
