Our lovely guesthouse in quiet location is centrally situated right on the shores of the Ötztaler Ache river. The village center of Oetz, varied homey restaurants, a supermarket and other shops can be easily reached within a few minutes walking distance.
Acherkogelbahn mountain lift at 400 meters: direct access to the Hochoetz Pastureland hiking area at 2000m above sea level - offering an infinite number of scenic walking trails.
4.7 km from the AREA 47, the ultimate outdoor playground!
The Aqua Dome Spa Canter can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

Directions: After entering the village, continue for about 200m until the turnoff to Piburg. Make a right. Go left before the bridge to Piburg. Follow the narrow street until Pension Scheiring.

Not included in the total amount: Visitor tax EUR 3,00 from 1.11.2019 - 30.4.2020, EUR 2,50 from 1.5. - 31.10.2020 and from 1.11.2020 onwards EUR 3,50 each per person per night (to be paid directly on site to your accomodator).
No resort tax is charged for persons who have their 15th birthday within the running calender year.
