Being mobile means not necessarily traveling to Ötztal by car. Of course there are petrol stations within the Oetz Region - as well as e-charging stations - and car repair shops if your motor vehicle fails. But you can quickly and easily travel from A to B also by taxi, on the valley-wide public bus lines or the state-of-the-art mountain lifts and gondolas. The hike doesn't go through the canyon. It leads around it. The "Auer Klamm" is a a popular canyoning spot in tyrol. You have a great view at the waterfalls and the river. If you're lucky you might even see brave sportlers jumping into the waterfall
