Hiking badge of Hochoetz

Bergbahnen Hochoetz mountain lifts reward ambitious hikers with a very special attraction. It's that easy: Put a stamp on the stamp card at the designated stamp sites. If the stamp card has at least four Hut Stamps you can exchange it for the coveted Hochoetz Hiking Badge at the mountain lift offices (fee: 2.50 Euros).

Currently these stamp sites are part of the Hiking Badge:

  • Panorama Restaurant Hochoetz
  • Kühtailealm
  • Balbachalm
  • Bielefelderhütte
  • Acherbergalm

Four out of five hut stamp sites must be reached - whether during a single hiking holiday or during multiple stays.

Special tip: If you visit huts and Alpine pastures in other regions of Ötztal, you can even aim for the Ötztal hiking badge in gold, silver and bronze!
