Full moon on the mountain

Enjoy this truly extraordinary nature spectacle and experience - after sunset (at 8:02 pm) - the dawning full moon night at 2.020 m, coupled with an unforgettable view of the Ötztal mountain world by night.

The unique and breathtaking ambience is accompanied by a free guided lantern hike to "Rotes Wandl" (vantage point). Depending on the weather conditions, even stargazing will take place. The hiking guide will provide more detailed information.

Duration of the hike: 1 hour | 8:30 pm – 9:30 pm

Lanterns can be rented from the hiking guide on site.
Registration deadline: 1 day before | 5:00 pm
The hike is offered free of charge. The mountain gondola ticket is not included.

In the Panorama Restaurant at the top station there are Mediterranean highlights and delicious drinks at sunset. Acherkogel mountain gondola is continuously in operation until 10.00 pm on this day (last downhill ride).

The regular rates according to the notice board apply. The Summer Card can only be used once a day. Cancellation due to weather conditions is possible at any time. Program subject to change.
