Safe, comfortable and for free

Winter sports aficionados have a really good time: The free skibus is considered a valley-wide alternative for those who want to start and end their day on the slopes in a relaxed way. Numerous bus connections are available within the area surrounding Oetz and across Ötztal.

Ski Bus Lines Region Oetz

From December to April, comfortable skibuses take winter sports fans from the villages of Haiming, Ötztal-Bahnhof, Ambach, Sautens and Umhausen directly to the Acherkogelbahn base station of the Hochoetz Ski Region.

For a deposit you can rent a dog muzzle, which is obligatory, directly on the bus (applies to public transport by ÖVG or Postbus lines).

Public bus lines throughout the valley

The use of public transport lines from/until the opening/closing of the ski areas in Sölden, Obergurgl and Hochgurgl between Haiming and Obergurgl (line 4194 and 8352), Sölden and Vent (line 8400), Haiming and Kühtai (line 4196), between 8.30 am and 8.00 pm, is FREE OF CHARGE on presentation of a valid skipass for the purpose of winter sports OR for guests carrying winter sports equipment!
